Q. When can I expect to see the first positive results from using Medici Shampoo?

Medici is not a miracle. New hair growth will not happen over night. You could see new hair growth in 4 to 8 weeks. Some people have seen results in as little as 18 days. The first thing you will notice within 1 to 3 weeks is a dramatic slowing of your hair loss.
Q. How long does 1 bottle (16oz.) last?

We recommend that you use it 4-5 times per week, so 1 bottle should last about 2 months.

No, because the currently offered shampoo has Grade IX Potency (very potent) it is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Yes, it is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the shampoo, please send the remaining portion back for a refund on your purchase.
Q. Can Medici Shampoo be used by people who have hair and don't have a problem with baldness?

Yes, by now I have hair. You wouldn't call me a balding man, at the same time, I still use Medici Shampoo because it helps me to maintain strong, healthy hair. It also takes care of my dandruff. But I use it less frequently now, 1-2 times per week.
Q. What other products do you recommend for thinning hair?

I like stinging nettles based shampoos. Unfortunately, I haven't found many good ones in the US, so I depend on my friends to ship them to me from Italy and Spain, where good ones can be found. Some day when I have more time, I hope to make a stinging nettles shampoo of my own.
Q. Can I shampoo twice a day?
A. Yes you can, but I recommend shampooing your hair only once a day. I believe in the old truth; don't over do it!

Q. What do you mean when you say your shampoo is guaranteed?

If you are not satisfied with Medici results, just return the unused portion of your shampoo bottle, that name of the store where it was purchased (or your receipt), your reason for return, and we will refund your money.
